It's the work of getting your business named and linked when customers ask AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews for a recommendation. It's also called GEO, AEO or AI SEO. Most of it builds on SEO; the new parts are AI crawler access and measuring the answers.
